Hello, my name is Simon Jordan, and I am a highly experienced and successful music theory teacher of 20 years’ standing. I have a 100% ABRSM Grade 5 exam pass rate, and my pupils have gone on to music scholarships to a variety of grammar and public schools, and also the Royal Academy and College of Music.
I am an experienced, fun and friendly teacher, and shape my style of teaching to suit each student.
I graduated from Bristol University and the Royal Academy of Music, where I was awarded the Violin Prize.
I offer weekly music theory lessons, with the aim of getting students to Grade 5 theory within a year.
Alternatively, you can undertake my 'Grade 5 Theory - Zero to Hero' courses, which run during summer holidays for a week. More details available on request.
